The White Limestone Building Stone (MK) comes from the West of Ireland. 
It is called White Limestone Building Stone (MK) because of the chalky white texture on the exterior of the stone.  Generally limestone would be a blue colour from the Kilkenny region without the unique characteristic.  It is ideal for the customer looking for that old worlde salvaged look!
It is very popular with our customers particularly in Cork and South Tipperary.  The reason for this is there used to be a limestone available in Cork called Old Cork Limestone, which was used in the Cork City Courthouse (recently restored).  This has a whitey blue affect and looks fabulous!
We recommend you use the White Limestone Building Stone (MK) with Blue Limestone Window Sills, Blue Limestone Window Lintels and Blue Limestone L-Quoins etc.
