The Slieve Bloom Sandstone Cock & Hen Wall Capping (GS) is a traditional form of wall capping found throughout Ireland, The U.K and Europe.  For those of you who are fans of Postman Pat, Bob the Builder etc you cannot but notice the pretty boundary walls used in these cartoons.  Most of these walls are capped with Cock & Hen style capping.  This is a dented formation using one higher stone usually 200mm height (top to bottom) and a smaller stone used in between with an average height of 125mm (top to bottom).  The larger stone is the cock and the smaller stone is referred to as the hen.  The stones tend to be 70mm - 120mm wide on the façade (side to side) and 150mm maximum depth (front to back). 
In We Sell Stone.Com we supply the Slieve Bloom Sandstone Cock & Hen Wall Capping (GS) on pallets.  There is 24 linear meters of Slieve Bloom Sandstone Cock & Hen Wall Capping (GS)  per pallet.  This is approximately 28.68 linear yards which is approximately 86 linear feet per pallet.(one side only).  If you are capping both sides of the wall this is approximately 12 linear meters. This is approximately 14.34 linear yards and approximately 43 linear feet per pallet for the two sides.
